Received email that SplunkWork+ Veterans Training was available 1 1/2 months ago, still in pending status

Has anyone had the issue where they received the email that there training was ready for the SplunkWork veterans program on August 23, 2018. However, I've still see the "Pending" status on both Splunk Fundamentals 1 & 2. I've tried emailing education_amer@splunk.com but the message bounced. Hopefully, someone can point me in the right direction to get some resolution.

I to having issues contacting splunkwork+. I have a question about an email I received about being approved. I wanted to know if it meant I can take part 2. If so, how to activate it?
