Does splunk captures the search results and send the pattern matching results to an webservice endpoint

Hi, I have a requirement where in i receive lot of syslogs every minute.I have to analyse logs and where ever there is some pattern matching found take the result and sent it to an endpoint. this activity need to be done continuously. is this process achievable from splunk? i am new to splunk please help.

You can definitely do this. The most straighforward way would be to setup an alert with the search that you use for identifying the interesting events. As alert action, you then choose to run a script of your choosing. In this script you can do whatever you want with the search results - like for instance, taking the relevant parts of them and send it to a web service.
