How to contact Splunk about developer license?

It's time for me to update my developer license and Splunk has gone radio silent. In the past I submitted a request and heard the answer within a day or two, but I have submitted twice in the past month with no answer. How do I contact someone about this?

I've had this happen to me as well. I was able to get it resolved fairly quickly by e-mailing devinfo@splunk.com.

Since we've updated the Splunk Developers website, the 10GB developer license request form can now be found at: https://dev.splunk.com/enterprise/dev_license/

The approval process for this type of license is manual and is typically resolved within 2-3 business days. If you haven't heard back in longer than that, please email devinfo@splunk.com

However, if you applied for a 50GB personalized dev/test license at https://splunk.com/dev-test you'll need to use a different process. This type of license is only available to customers associated with a paid Splunk entitlement of any size. You will need to reach out to your Splunk sales representative for help related to these licenses.

another options would be to contact your local Splunk Partner or Splunk SE to help you in this matter.
