Was Birthday attacks against TLS ciphers with 64bit block size vulnerability (Sweet32) fixed in Splunk Forwarder version 6.6.0?

Do you have some DOC for Sweet32 and SHA2?

MSG- warnings:
64-bit block cipher 3DES vulnerable
Weak CA signature: SHA1
