Seeing error "400" while selecting app in splunk cloud gateway.

I am seeing this error "Error 400: We aren't able to complete your request right now.". While moving an app from "available apps" list to "selected apps" list and clicking on the "SAVE" button.

Could you please tell me how to resolve this issue?

Also, my company uses Github to maintain the splunk. So it is due to this only? To add an app do I need to make changes through github on splunk cloud gateway app configurations?
