When try to run Rebuild Windows Host Lookup File under the Help menu in the Citrix XenDesktop 7 app I get the following error: Error in 'outputlookup' command: You have insufficient privileges to perform this operation.

I cannot find any information specific to the Citrix XenDesktop app or the 'outputlookup' error.
