When searching outside of the dhcpd app I receive these warnings:
The lookup table 'dhcpd_mac-vendorname' does not exist. It is referenced by configuration 'syslog'.
The lookup table 'dhcpd_mac-vendorname' does not exist. It is referenced by configuration 'dhcpd'.
The search isn't necessarily related to any dhcpd events (puppetd host="claudas*").
Is there a way to silence or fix these warnings?
In dhcpd/metadata/local.meta, add the following, and then restart:
[lookups]
export=system
I will fix this in an upcoming release.
The app is still around and there is some integration with ES in the TA-nix app shipped with ES.
is the linux dhcpd app still around? or has it been integrated into the ess 2.0...?

this does not fix it for me 😕 (already set it a while ago but still get complains)
Never mind, I did not look carefully. The dhcp app was there in the main indexer and after adding your suggested workaround the error disappeared. Thanks!
I am also getting the same error.
Has this been updated? I just installed the app last week and am getting these lookup table errors.
Does this apply to the search head only or indexers as well? I currently have the dhcpd app installed on my search head (and not indexers), and I added your suggestion to dhcpd/metadata/local.meta (and restarted) but am still receiving errors on the search head.
The lookup table 'dhcpLookup' does not exist. It is referenced by configuration 'dhcp'
Error 'Could not find all of the specified lookup fields in the lookup table.' for conf 'named' and lookup table 'dnsLookup'
