Hi ,

Does anyone have experience in Splunk intergration with Polcyom Infra. I am focusing on monitoring area.
Right now, i am stuck as Polycom uses UDP 514 for syslogs forwarding & Splunk does not accept that.

As long as those files output to logs, e.g., syslog/json/eventlog, then yes you can.

There are no prewritten TA's for this though that I can find, so you would need to work on parsing your own events and making your own TA for these,

To find out about the usage patterns? If they can generate event information about the usage patterns sure.

How are those systems willing to provide the data you are looking for?
