fill_summary_index and pooling

Path Finder

Hi,

I'm attempting to fill in a summary index on a pooled search head, but the script is failing due to a path problem:

"Cannot locate directory for app, /opt/splunk/etc/apps/YourAwesomeApp does not exist."

Since it's a pooled setup, the actual apps directory is located at /mnt/splunk/pool/etc/apps, instead.

Does anyone see a with creating a symlink from /mnt/splunk/pool/etc/apps/YourAwesomeApp to /opt/splunk/etc/apps to get the script to run? Since it's a production setup, would like some input before trying it out.

Thanks for any input you might have
