After the upgrade to 7.2.1 all instances show Splunk>Hunk instead of Splunk>Enterprise
This is also affecting previous versions like 6.6 etc.

In an earlier version of Splunk like version 6.5 and before, Splunk Hunk was a separate install.
With Splunk Version 6.5 and after the hunk install is controlled by the License Key.

You will need to check if any license of hadoop on the License Master.

To manager it better , you can create separate License Pool on License Master.
That means one License Pool with all the license except Hadoop License. The other default one with all LK except Hadoop License.

You can manage volume usage by creating multiple pools and assigning indexers to specific pools. For example, you can assign your production and test indexers to separate pools. That way, you can ensure that testing activity does not impinge on production needs.
The only Machine that will be used for Hadoop needs to be added to License Pool for Hadoop.
