When trying to access Incident Review Settings it just sit there on "Loading". Is there any fix for this? I Have Splunk Enterprise v7.2.3 and ESS v5.2.2.
Did you just upgrade to a newer version of ES? If so, clear the browser cache and try again.

Yes a month ago to v.5.2.2. I cleared my browser Chrome cache and I'm still getting the same results.
I know it's a lame question, but did you try a different browser?
and also check the broswer's inspect tool to see what happens, and check Splunk's internal logs for any error message.
