Xenapp for Splunk - Error in licencing dashboard "The lookup table 'citrix_license_type' does not exist."

Hi,

I am receiving an error in the Licensing dashboard in the Xenapp for Splunk app.
"Error in 'lookup' command: The lookup table 'citrix_license_type' does not exist."

I have confirmed that the
Lookup Table Files
C:\Program Files\Splunk\etc\apps\SplunkAppForXenApp\lookups\citrix_license_type.csv
I have ensured that the file exists on the filesystem, and in the Lookups area in the Splunk Manager. I have ensured that the lookup is Global and has R/W permissions for all users.

Has anyone run into this issue before? Anything I should be looking at?

Cheers,
Jake.

In my instance the lookup table was defined however the lookup definition was missing. If you create it and set the proper permissions it works.

For Splunk 6.0
Settings > Lookups > Lookup definitions > New

I had to create both citrix_license_product and citrix_license_type.

Can you try this and see if you get the same error?
