What is the difference between a company. Splunk reseller: elite and Splunk reseller: associate. Which would be better company to join?

There are two Splunk reseller organization's that I can join
1. Reseller:elite
2. Reseller: Associate

Which would be the better org to join

To be honest, the reseller status has nothing to do with how good your job might be. It may be even the other way around.

The status just means "who has sold more licenses". If that's a serious question, you might consider not looking at the partner status at all and rather look how this company does its job and how it treats its employees.
