With a Splunk in a Search Head Cluster, can you help me with the following _internal log error?

Hello. everyone~

My Splunk search is in a Search Head Cluster mode. I recently saw the following error when checking the _internal log.

10-12-2018 09:14:00.079 +0800 ERROR SHCMaster - error accessing uri=https://searchheadIP:8089/servicesNS/admin/search/saved/search/$this is a alert_name$/remove_suppression?output_mode=json,statsCode=502,description=Bad Request

I searched for the Splunk answer post and didn't find the relevant answer. Can someone tell me what this error means? Does it affect the normal operation of Splunk?
