Has anyone been able to use the Splunk for Xen app from 3.x in Splunk 4.x (and with XS 5.x)?

I found through Mr. Google some links pointing to a Splunk for Xen app for version 3.x of Splunk that was supposedly used by XenServer admins to keep track of things. I'm weary of installing it in my live environment, and I can't find anything related to it being compatible. Is anyone else using it?

The Splunk App for XenApp is only supported on 4.3 and above.
