All menu names are translated to Korean because of my web browser's locale setting. How do I customize translated menu names?

My web browser's locale setting is Korean. So automatically, all menu names are translated to Korean. (like ALL=>"모두", Submit="제출")
But, I would like to customize translated menu names. I think it is possible through configuration file. Could you let me know how to set the name?

Edit files with PO editor
$SPLUNK_HOME/lib/python/site-packages/splunk/appserver/mrsparkle/locale/ko_KR/LC_MESSAGES/messages.po

PO editor makes messages.mo, two files upload that directory, restart splunkd.

I have not done such personally, however these instructions look like they may be on the right track at least.
