Unable to initialize modular input "kinesis" defined inside the app "kinesis_ta": Introspecting scheme=kinesis: script running failed (exited with code 1).,Whenever i login to our splunk cloud account I see the following error:

Unable to initialize modular input "kinesis" defined inside the app "kinesis_ta": Introspecting scheme=kinesis: script running failed (exited with code 1).

Was wondering if anyone can help out with this issue.

Since we are using a splunk cloud account we can't login via shell and perform any of the troubleshooting steps. Splunk support is marking this as unsupported since it's 3rd party as well.

Well you likely don't have a JAVA runtime available , which is needed to run the Kinesis Mod Input.
