TA-connectivity add on ping is always failed

I installed TA connectivity Add on and trying to ping card.myservice.ge

from command line ping is successful however via add on always getting "ping failed" status.
in lookeup - hostfile I have following configurations :

hostname,port,url
card.myservice.ge,,

Did I miss something?

What OS are you running this on?

There’s a known issue on Windows , but I should release a fix when next I’m free.

Using Windows, so I'm doing it right and shall just wait for a fix?

All pings failing, including the server's own IP, on Windows. Something is looking for a UF path? I see this in internal logs... UF software is not installed on this server, it's a search head.
