Passed AppInspect but still no AppInspect badge

We've submitted our app to the AppInspect-API and we the report came back with no errors and no failures. How come we don't get the AppInspect badge?

The AppInspect badge applies only to the default release of the app. If the app version that passes is not set to be the default, then the app will not have the badge. Also, there could be something else going on due to an error somewhere.

Also there was an issue with the service this morning that would have prevented that today.
