Palo Altothreat dashborad problem

Dear Support,

i am facing a problem after i installed Palo Alto application, the traffic dashboard is working fine nut the thread dashboard is not showing any logs although i double checked Palo Alto syslog configuration and all seams to be right.

Any idea about how can i solve this problem.

Try doing an all time search using the pan_threat macro:

pan_threat

Let me know if you get any logs.
