What we have so far is something like this:
1.) Receive Splunk alert that forwards to gmail box.
2.) The gmail box triggers IFTTT call from google voice number to our team line.
3.) We need that team line to ring until someone acknowledges the call (This is where we are stuck) as we are having trouble finding some sort of service to complete this function to ensure someone gets out of bed in case of an emergency,
The real question we have here is, is anyone else using Splunk to make phone calls in case of emergencies? and if so, how are you doing it?
