Google Maps - Keeps saying Update Available

We installed the latest Google Maps app (1.1.3) upgraded from 1.1.2 - and Splunk still tells us that we need to update to (1.1.2). Why is the current version listed as 1.1.2, but the latest version is 1.1.3?

Apps page shows...

Name | Folder Name | Version

Google Maps | maps | 1.1.3 | Update to 1.1.2

Launcher page shows...1 app update available: update in manager.

It seems this application has Splunk in a loop.

I marked 1.1.3 as latest release, hope that fixes the problem.

Thanks @ziegfried! That resolved the issue - I just had to restart splunk to force it to re-check application updates.

emailed the author. Correction coming soon, I'm sure. Thanks for pointing that out. I didn't even realize there was an update! 🙂

With Splunk... the answer is always "YES!". It just might require more regex than you're prepared for!
