How can I get admin roles back? Fail: Client is not authorized to perform requested action.

Hi Everyone,
I am a admin user and admin roles was suddenly, now I unable to change or access to any kind of role. Only admin user is available in the system.
Every time following message is displaying:
"Fail: Client is not authorized to perform requested action."

Could any one help me out with this.

All roles were disabled in authorize.conf, so by enabling those roles everything worked properly.
