Not able to view my support cases

I opened a support case at http://splunk.com/ but I am not able to view progress on the issue. I get following message while viewing 'My support cases' :

No Access - Your support level does not permit you to view issue details.

How can I view the support cases I opened ?

Only the Support team can look into that and fix for you. You will have to put in a ticket to Splunk support for that issue.
