If I created a Power User account in the trial version, how do I change my role to Adminstrator?

Are you asking in general or in an automated way? I think in general, all you need to do is assign the specific user the "admin" role from a user with the required permissions (another admin I'd wager). You can do this in Settings -> Access Controls -> Users -> "Assign to roles" -> admin, or recreate the user in a way that you prefer.
