I have just installed the Blueliv app into the Splunk Enterprise platform, however when trying to launch the app from the 'Manage Apps' page or by clicking 'blueliv' from the 'Apps' dropdown menu I am presented with a 404 Not Found page. Why is this and how can I resolve it?

My guess would be that the app can not connect to the API you have defined in the configuration. Can you give us more detail about the testing you have done and your environment?
So far all I've done is download the app, install it by clicking the 'Install app from file' button, restart the platform, log back in and then when I try to launch it from the Manage apps page or from the dropdown I get the 404. So I'm not able to get as far as configuring it unless you know of another way?!
