I usually use the sample_app template when creating a new app. How do I delete the searches that get installed with that app? The "delete" action is not available or any of them. As admin, shouldn't I have privileges to delete them?
Those reside in your_app/default/savedsearches.conf, which for good reason is not modifiable from the manager. You can still go and delete them manually of course.
