I have sourcetypes(20 ) in the dropdown, each sourcetype has different fields when I select sourcetype name from dropdown, It should show textbox input (fields as a label) with related to that sourcetype.
Textbox inputs label should change based on sourcetype selection,( some sourcetype contains 5 fields, some contains 3 and some contains 7 fields ).
