Use Rest and then Filter out results from tags

We are getting all of our tags from /servicesNS/admin/search/search/fields/host/tags

Is there a way to just get a hostname and tag back instead of listing everything. We need to be able to search for one host.

I am trying to append ?fields"title,_key""&"filter="{title:"hostname"}" but no luck.

Any way to do that in a curl command?

I added the search at the end. Just not getting back the title or tag.
