Help with installation of Splunk Stream on splunk cloud trial version

Hi,

I have recently installed Splunk Cloud trial version 8.0. My intention is to forward pcap files from Splunk Universal forwarder and I need to install Splunk Stream on Splunk Cloud.

Could you please assist me with the installation of Splunk Stream on Splunk Cloud?
Do I need to have active Support Contract for installing Splunk Stream even for the free trial version of Splunk Cloud?

In case if I need to have an active Support Contract even for trial version, could you please guide me through on how to get it?

Per my verification the current version 7.1.3 of Splunk Stream app is compatible to deploy it at Splunk Cloud. On the trial version you should not have access to deploy apps.
