Unable to access splunk>light instance online

I and team are able to login to Splunk online, however, when we try and access our light instance we are redirected to a page (can't attach a screenshot, not enough karma)

But the page displays the following error message:

IDP failed to authenticate request.
Status Message="Unable to verify the
signature" Status Code="Responder"

Click here to return to Splunk.

Yesterday I was able to access the instance, though others in my team could not. I assume this is because I had cached a valid access token and nobody else was able to refresh theirs. Now nobody can access.
