Hi,
I keep having problems in sideviews when editing a view. Especially after I add a module like a search. Normally I would add a table to it, but the search module isn't showing which I need in order to add the table. Same goes with editing values of module, after saving the changes were applied but the values displayed haven't.
I already tried different browsers like IE, Chrome, Firefox and Safari but none are 100% working and therefore keep switching.
Did anybody experience that as well and may be able to provide a solution to this?
Thanks in advance
Cheers
Mike
It sounds like you're talking about the Sideview Editor. Are you making sure to add the SideviewUtils module to the page first? It's possible you're going and adding a Search module to the page, and then since there's no SideviewUtils module it throws an exception which might be disrupting the functionality of the Editor. Remember that if you're going to use a Sideview module on any page, you need the SideviewUtils module, which is invisible and it's usually filed away at the top out of the way next to the AppBar module.

Was that it? I'll take a look soon and try and a) add messaging to the Editor about this, and b) try and bulletproof the editor so that even if there's an uncaught exception in the preview panel around this, things keep running smoothly.
seems to be a caching problem!
Would be happy if anyone could confirm this or how you guys handled that.
