Splunk is not a database. It cannot replace an SQL database.
There is no formula for how much space SQL records will take up when exported to Splunk. It depends on the nature of the data itself.
The best way to know the "space conversion rate" is to export 1,000 or so sample records into Splunk and see how much space is used.

Thank you so much, best regards

On a Linux system, run df $SPLUNK_DB.
