How do I insert a created image that will display properly in my dashboard?

I have spent some time trying to fix my path, which I believe is my issue.
The image diagram that I have created will not display. If someone could give some feedback on how I could fix my code it would be greatly appreciated.

Your src link is correct but I think you're missing the height and width parameters so probably your image is there but doesn't show. Could you add those and let me know if the image shows up ?
