I have to send an email based on results and my company email doesn't receive the email that I was sending using splunk, but when I add my personal email(gmail) I receive the email from splunk.
I've look all the log files in splunk regarding sendmail and there are no errors in
log file (index="_internal" source=python.log)
Why am I not receiving the results using the company email?
How is your Splunk server configured to send email?
Is it using an authenticated relay?
It maybe that your internal mailsystem has a number of anti-spoof/spam countermeasures which are preventing delivery
It was on Default configuration.
I will raise this incident on my company about the anti-spoof/spam
