Why am I getting mismatched records between Splunk - C# and Splunk GUI?

When I'm searching records from Splunk C# Software Development Kit (SDK), why am I geting different results than in the Splunk GUI ?

can you add more context here? same search? same user? same timeframe? what are the discrepancies? etc.
