How do I check to see if my Splunk Index is full?

I am wondering how I can check if an index is full? Going along with this question, is there a way for me to see how much data each index is able to hold? Thanks for your help.

Go to Settings->Indexes to see how much each index can hold.
The Monitoring Console can tell you how much each index currently holds.

When I go there I don't see the custom indexes that I have created. Am I missing something?
