I'm using the Splunk light.
Few days ago, i added one server and the log size increased dramatically so then the index size was over used then i bought.
So, i remove that servers after few days when i checked.
But, the problem, i can't search the logs so far with some errors as "you have exceeded your license limit too many time."
How can i fix this?
ask you splunk sales rep for a reset key
if you are not the account holder, find out who she is and have her contact to the sales rep
Even though you are now below your license, the only way to get searchability back is with a reset key, reinstall, or some other unsupported indexer hackery.
