what will happen if you restart deployment server? do you need to reconfigure DS? I'm not seeing the complete clients in the client tab? should i just wait for it or need to go and configure?
Since the setting file is reloaded, the current settings are reflected. Especially there is no need for resetting.
like a normal restart, it will load on its own. just need patience while the client lists completes.
If polling from UF is slow, you can restart UF remotely.
