Are there any new app updates on Splunk App for Web Analytics?

Is this app still being maintained by the developer?

It looks like the last version update was back in 2016. We are currently using this app but have had to reconfigure some of the back end (DM) to work on a large clustered search head environment. I am also noticing some oddities with statistic values not being 100% accurate compared against the log data. Some areas that still need work, ua_browser agents are outdated, mobile/tablet platforms need updating. Pre-configured dashboards will not search past DM acceleration time period.

This is a great app and most of our users are pretty impressed by it!

I'm still around! I have neglected the app in the last year but hoping to release a new version this summer. There's lots of updates to go into, both general updates as well as new features. If you have any ideas feel free to send them over.

Regarding the user agent parsing , it relies on a third party library that you can update manually. Check this thread:

We love the app and have been fine tuning things on the back end. I am sure you follow all the threads on here, but we did have that DM issue on clustered environments but found the resolution here. My users love the app but have been requesting historical trends over 3 months or more. Currently our DM is setup for 7 days so the dashboard panels will not search past those seven days. We also had a request to build a visit tracker by cs_name instead of the md5 name, could be something to add in the future. Our biggest fight has been the unknown browser agents, but I saw your post today and will use that.
