Why is Fundamentals 2 in 'pending approval' status for the SplunkWork+ Veteran program?

Is the veteran program having issues? There are several of us local to me here that are having problems. Mine was approved and I completed Fundamentals 1 and when I went back to set up Fundamentals 2 it's back in a 'pending approval' status. Two other folks, I know of, have been in 'pending approval' for a couple months.

Best bet is to email 'education_amer@splunk.com ' or 'certification@splunk.com' if you have a question about taking an exam.

I checked on here and saw that someone else had gotten a resolution here so I figured it was worth a shot, but this wasn't my first stop. Education_amer was a whole lot of no help, I don't think he knew what the workforce program was and closed the ticket with no good resolution after a couple days of back and forth.

I could try the certification email, but it's not really a cert thing yet.
