I was trying to install addon on UF but in Splunk> nix command-line setup > LOCAL LOGIN I faced problem in enabling inputs what is the problem?

1 - manage one input
2 - enable all inputs
3 - disable all inputs
4 - go back to main menu
0 - logout and exit program
Enter selection:

I opted for 2 and got error mentioned below:

enabling /Library/Logs
enable failed
enabling ~/Library/Logs
enable failed
enabling /var/log
enable failed
enabling /var/adm
enable failed
enabling /etc
enable failed

Check the instances splunkd.log for more information. As a workaround, you might opt to create the local/inputs.conf yourself.
