Single Sign On integration with Splunk Cloud

Hello,

We are trying to setup Single Sign on With Splunk Managed Cloud service.

Idp is - OneLogin

We have 2 search head, Some users have access to SH1 and others have access to SH2

We have got the XML file from the one login team and I am following the below document:

http://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/Splunk/7.0.2/Security/ConfigureSSOOneLogin

Where I can get the information for :

IdP's certificate path

IdP certificate chains

Replicate certificates

If I uploaded the XML file under SAML Configuration windows and saved it. Just in case the changes didn't work ? is there any way to revert it ?
Do I Need to involve Splunk Cloud Support team for this change ? Since we are using SPlunk managed Cloud service ?

Any suggestion for best Practices to implement Single Sign Integration With Splunk ?

hello there,

from your question and link posted, it is unclear to me whether you are using your own Splunk or using the Splunk Cloud product manged by Splunk.
if the latter, read here and consult with your Splunk SE and SPlunk Cloud Ops team member
https://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/SplunkCloud/6.6.3/User/HowSAMLSSOworks

hope it helps
