Dashboards & Visualizations

What is the breakdown of the time format on a visualization?

When I hover the mouse over a visualization(graph, trendline etc..) , It shows me time like this ,
2018-2-1T06:14:32.542-05:00
I don't understand the bold part !! The rest part is Date and Time (in hour and min) I think. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

2018-2-1T06:14:32.542-05:00 breaks out to this:
Year: 2018
Month: 2 (Feb)
Day: 1
Hours: 06
Minutes: 14
Seconds: 32
Microseconds: 542
Timezone: -5:00 from UTC

There's a lot of great documentation about Splunk time formats:
