We have recently installed NetApp add-on and app on our Dev environment. Some of the dashboards do not list any data. I had a case in with Splunk but it was determined that the issue is the NetApp ontap add-on and not the app. Because the NetApp ontap add-on is not supported by Splunk they were not able to help resolve the issues. If anyone can assist I would appreciate. The following views do not have any data in the panels: under Proactive Monitoring: aggregate detail, disk details. also, in the home dashboard, the aggregate w/ the highest transfer rates.... doesn't sow any data. We searched for the source type from the panel and there is no data. Appears not all the data is being ingested from the add-on. any help is appreciated.
