I downloaded the app and upon download it launched successfully. I then closed the app then tried to re launch. Upon re launch the command prompt window launches but immediately crashes.

2nd, Can you please try to install the latest version of Splunk?

Sorry, Splunk itself is not launcing.

Is an internet connection required to launch Splunk?
A splunk app or the splunk itself not starting up .
