Trying to setup Splunk Add-On for Salesforce on a brand new Splunk Ent install. Install went fine and now trying to set up. Following details found at http://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/AddOns/released/Salesforce/Setupv2.

  1. Go to the Splunk Add-on for Salesforce configuration page, either by clicking the name of this add-on on the left navigation banner on the home page or by going to Manage Apps, then clicking Launch App in the row of Splunk Add-on for Salesforce.

That worked but now

  1. Click Configuration tab to set up Salesforce credentials, proxy and logging level.

  2. Go to Account tab and then click Add. Create an account of this add-on , then enter the username and password you created in

I do not see a "Configuration Tab or "Account Tab", this is what I see.

Any input on what I am doing ?

Thanks

There are two different Salesforce apps. One is called the "AddOn", the other is called the "App". The documentation you are reading is from the AddOn, but the screenshot you are showing is from the App. The AddOn is for collecting the data, while the app is for displaying it in dashboards, etc. See:
