Not able to install app in my clould free trail

Hi ,
Not able to install the app. After downloading when i , goto manage apps, i am not able to find Install app from file button. is it becoz of i am using a free trail?

From the Splunk Cloud docs:

Only approved apps and add-ons can be installed in a Splunk Cloud deployment. Approved apps have been examined by Splunk to ensure they comply with the security requirements of Splunk Cloud.

You can't install apps from file in Splunk Cloud. There is an approval process required to install custom apps.

hey have a look at this,there is nothing like install app from file in splunk cloud

if i understand correctly, when you are navigating to "top left apps drop bar menu" -> find more apps -> trying to find the app using a keyword -> install app
