We have SHC and LDAP authentication. we have a role called "RoleA" and I want to add user "AAA" to that role. How can I achieve this and from where?

Go to:
Settings - Access Control - authentication Method
Under External LDAP should be selected, - Click LDAP Settings
On the right of your LDAP Connection select Map Groups

This will list all of your LDAP groups and the roles they are mapped to.

If my comment helps, please give it a thumbs up!

If you're using LDAP authentication, then there should be a LDAP group associated with your RoleA. You just need to add user AAA to that LDAP group.
