Outlook + Splunk: How can we log the email subject, content, recipient and sender information?

I would like to use Splunk to get the e-mail title, content, recipient and sender information from Outlook.
Is there any suitable app or way?

In fact, I saw the answer in this site, but it wasn't very helpful, so I asked a new question.

Splunk Stream can listen for SMTP protocol data as well so that might be an alternative...are you looking at the clients or the exchange servers?

Why cant you use Exchange app for Splunk which has all the functionalities required for Microsoft Exchange?
